Hi there,

I am a 36 year old life coach with the desire to assist people to grow towards a happy fulfilling life. I have a certificate in life (and abundance) coaching. I also have qualifications in Education, Garden Design, and Mindfulness Meditation.

I've had a satisfying work life, where I learnt a lot about the nature of people. I have traveled the globe having many thrilling adventures; my travels taught me that experience is a great teacher, and it's important to enjoy the journey!

My wish is to assist people on their own unique Journey towards fulfilment, purpose and inner happiness; which I believe starts from the inside out. I have learnt many successful techniques allowing one to observe their mind to see which desires/goals are healthy, and where blocks are impeding success in life.
